MusicLeader is a Youth Music initiative providing access to professional development for music leaders at every stage of their career.The programme was launched in Spring 2005, MusicLeader will operate through regional networks supported by an online resource: www.MusicLeader.net

The first five Networks to open their doors will be in London, the West Midlands, the North West, Yorkshire and the North East.
Overall, MusicLeader aims to improve the quality and quantity of music leaders in order to deliver better music-making opportunities to children and young people.
